Over the past 10
years, we've developed --and refined-- a system of doing business
that makes us
unique in the industry. We call it the URBAN FLORA SYSTEM, a way
of professionally
conducting our business to best serve our customers’ needs. We are so
confident of the URBAN FLORA SYSTEM
that we
are providing the following uncon-
ditional
guarantees in writing:
WE PROMISE to
perform the installation on the day agreed upon between you and the
URBAN FLORA operations department.
WE PROMISE to
professionally service your plants every week. This includes:
WE PROMISE
to
provide you with a weekly Service Report stating the date and
exact type of service performed by the URBAN FLORA
trained technicians.
WE PROMISE
to replace a damaged or dying plant within two weeks of its approval
and documentation on the weekly service report. If the
plant material is a special order
or unavailable, we will replace it with a mutually
agreed upon variety.
WE PROMISE
that an URBAN FLORA supervisor will perform a quarterly on-site
review of your account. You are welcome to accompany
our personnel on the walk-thru,
and we encourage you to do so. You can then evaluate
our service on the
Client Response Form that we provide for you.
WE PROMISE to
respond to a call from you within 24 hours. You will receive a
telephone call or a personal visit from a member of the
URBAN FLORA
management team.
If Urban Flora fails to provide any of these guaranteed
services, we will reimburse
you one month’s service fee, up to $250.
Very simply, that's how we deliver the
URBAN FLORA SYSTEM to you. And that's
a promise.
